Welcome to Boujee Burn!By using this website, placing an order, or booking an event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. General
Boujee Burn (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides intentional, hand-poured candles, custom creations, and event services. All products and services are offered for personal use only. Commercial resale of our products without permission is prohibited.We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
2. Products and Services
Each candle and creation is handmade with intention, which means variations in color, design, and finish are natural. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but cannot guarantee exact representation on all devices.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in USD.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase or booking.
We accept the following forms of payment:
-Major credit/debit cards
-Other methods as indicated at checkout
4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing times vary, as many of our items are handmade to order. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.
Boujee Burn is not responsible for delays once packages are in transit with the shipping carrier. Lost or damaged packages must be addressed directly with the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the custom and intentional nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at boujeeburn@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your product, along with photos of the issue.
6. Event Bookings and Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your candle pouring party or event.
Event cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date may apply the deposit toward a future event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including but not limited to logos, product descriptions, photos, and text—is the property of Boujee Burn and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through the website or during purchases is used solely for order fulfillment and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. For more details, please see our [Privacy Policy] (link).
9. Limitation of Liability
Boujee Burn is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.
